Ordering your VPS does not automatically create the appropriate records to pair the hostname with your new server - even if your domain is registered or hosted by SGC-Hosting.
To fix this issue, simply log into the control panel you use to manage your domain -- whether it be with the domain registrar, a hosted cPanel account, or other DNS management part, create the appropriate A record for the hostname, and wait for propagation to take effect.
For example, to create hostname.domain.tld, you would log into the DNS control panel for domain.tld and create an "A" record for "hostname" to the main IP address of your VPS.
